We understand that bra fitting isn’t always easy. We are committed to providing the perfect bra that fits you. Not only you can easily exchange for another size if the bra doesn’t fit, we also offer a style swap where you can try on another style that could be a better match with you.

Returns guaranteed
You can return any unfit items* to us for a refund or exchange within 120 days of purchase. Please go to our return portal to submit a return request:

- For hygiene reason, knickers can only be returned / exchanged if the hygiene protection labels have not been removed.
- You must obtain the proof of postage just if your item(s) is lost on its way back to us.
- Juliemay reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

✨✨Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return postage ( We are working on a return label service at the moment, hopefully we can provide that in the next few months. For exchange, please feel free to contact our customer service team for a postage refund, we are more than happy to pay you back the postage cost 😊 )
✨✨How soon will I get my refund / exchange?
- Once your return / exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- For approved returns, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
- Exchanged items will be shipped to your order address within 5-10 working days.
